Program Overview


Awaken is a DNA-guided immersive retreat offered by Genomic Living, a partnership between Health.e Xchange, LLC (DBA Whole Living Nutritionist) and Field to Plate, LLC (DBA The Genomic Kitchen). This collaborative program integrates genomics-informed nutrition, movement, breathwork, meditation, and cultural immersion.

Locations: Arcadia, Oitylo, and Nafplio, The Peloponnese, Greece
Group Size: Limited to 26 participants · Limited single rooms available

Payment Schedule

  • Early Bird Incentive – Reserve with $750 non-refundable deposit

  • 1st installment: 30% of balance (minus deposit if pre-registered) due March 15, 2026

  • Remaining balance: due June 15, 2026

  • Personalized Testing & Consultations

    • Pre-retreat biological age/resilience testing (simple at-home blood spot kits)

    • Consultations: 1 with Amanda and 1 with Shannon pre-retreat; 2 with Amanda and 2 with Shannon post-retreat (total 6 sessions)

  • Accommodations & Meals

    • 8 nights lodging across three regions of the Peloponnese

    • Daily breakfast, 4 lunches, and three dinners showcasing seasonal Peloponnesian cuisine

  • Transport & Experiences

    • Private group transportation from Athens to all lodgings and throughout the Peloponnese

      • Outbound group transfer: Oct 3 from Athens (city center & airport)

      • Return group transfer: Oct 10 — estimated arrival ~12:00 PM to Athens (city center & airport)

    • Curated excursions and cultural immersions (e.g., Diros Caves, Nafplio Castle, Ancient Epidaurus)

    • Dedicated bi-lingual guides, local historians/storytellers

    • All local taxes and standard gratuities

Not Included:

  • International airfare

  • Meals and beverages not specified (some lunches/dinners are on your own)

  • Optional activities (e.g., massage, facials, thalassotherapy, additional excursions)

  • Travel/medical insurance

  • Personal expenses and additional gratuities of your choice

 

Registration and Agreement

Genomic Living, a partnership between Whole Living Nutritionist and The Genomic Kitchen (collectively “we,” “us,” “our”) require each participant to sign and return this form acknowledging understanding and agreement with these terms. Programs are for adults (18+).

Travel Arrangements

We are not a travel agency. As a participant you are responsible for travel to/from Athens, Greece and for meeting the group transfers listed above. Please review the itinerary carefully before booking flights. We will advise you when minimum enrollment for this program has been met so that you can make travel arrangements. We are not responsible for travel costs you incur should you choose to book without receiving confirmation from us that minimum enrollment has been met and the program is confirmed. We strongly advise you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances that preclude you from attending this program.

Passport and Visa Requirements

As a participant you must hold a valid passport with at least six months remaining beyond return date and comply with any entry requirements for Greece/Schengen Area. Non-EU visitors are required to comply with and secure ETIAS electronic travel authorization (simple online application, nominal fee), prior to traveling to Europe.

Insurance

Comprehensive medical coverage (including emergency evacuation and repatriation) is required. Trip cancellation/interruption coverage is strongly recommended in case of personal circumstances resulting in your inability to attend the program. Check with your credit card in which you are booking the airfare and retreat for possible options. Other examples: AIG, Seven Corners, WorldTrips, John Hancock, Travel Insured, USI Affinity, Nationwide, Trawick, etc.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deposit ($750) is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation >90 days before start: refund minus $750 deposit.

  • Cancellation l 90–60 days before start: 50% refund.

  • Cancellation l <60 days before start: no refund.

  • If we cancel the program: full refund of payments received. See cancellation terms.

  • No refunds are issued for unused portions of the program.

  • Cancellations must be in writing to curious@wholelivingnutritionist.com.

Exchange Rate Clause

Prices published in USD reflect a base exchange of 1.15 USD/EUR as of November 7, 2025. If the exchange rate increases by >10% above this base, we reserve the right to pass on minimal price adjustments.

Health and Fitness Requirements

Movement activities are optional, however, you may be required to walk up and down steps, across uneven surfaces, sidewalks, etc. Offered classes require moderate physical exertion. Please inform us of medical conditions, medications, or dietary needs at registration. Seek medical advice before making lifestyle/diet/supplement/movement changes.

Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs if notified in advance. Included meals highlight seasonal Peloponnesian cuisine; adaptations are possible with notice.

Program Changes

We may make reasonable changes to itinerary/schedule/facilitators/accommodations when warranted for comfort, convenience, or safety. We may require a participant to withdraw if behavior risks safety or significantly disrupts the group (not subject to refund). Changes will be communicated via email.

Photography and Video

We reserve the right to use photos/videos from the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, notify us in writing at registration; we will identify and respect your preference.

​

Data Privacy

We collect/process personal data solely to deliver the program and post-program follow-up, sharing only as necessary with vendors (e.g., lodgings for room assignment).

​

Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance/delays due to events beyond our control (acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

​

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

You acknowledge the inherent risks of international travel and release Health.e Xchange, LLC (Whole Living Nutritionist) and Field to Plate, LLC (The Genomic Kitchen) from claims related to injury, illness, property damage, or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Compliance with Local Laws and Customs

Participants agree to comply with all Greek laws and customs. Illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the program may result in expulsion without refund.

​

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and locals. Behavior compromising safety/enjoyment is prohibited and may result in expulsion without refund.

​

Baggage

Participants are responsible for their belongings. We recommend one suitcase + one carry-on per person. We strongly recommend you travel with a small carry on bag containing clothing to cover you for two days in the event your suitcase is misplaced. Check airline restrictions/fees.

​

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved by mediation; if unresolved, then binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, USA under AAA rules.

 

Each Program Participant Must Agree to and Sign the Statement Set Forth on the Registration Form

The undersigned has carefully read the terms set forth above, understands and agrees to the itinerary, and recognizes and accepts any risk associated with the program and the conditions. The undersigned agrees to release Health.e Xchange, LLC DBA Whole Living Nutritionist, Field to Plate LLC, DBA The Genomic Kitchen, their representatives or agents, from any and all liability for any loss, death, or injury to person or property suffered by any person in connection with this program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. By registering for this program, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.​
