Shannon Le Mintier

Shannon is a seasoned professional in the fields of wellness and movement. She embodies a holistic and human approach guiding clients to live their best lives full of THRIVE.

With a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Miami University and post-graduate education completed in Southern California, Shannon has amassed over 30 years of continued education and experience in private practice as a wellness coach and movement guide.


Shannon's extensive career spans serving individuals, corporations, amateur and professional athletes, as well as youth sports teams. Her unique life journey as an exchange student in high school and living in California led her to blend Eastern and Western medicine and health principles and defined her holistic vision. A potent opportunity that set her on this trajectory was the gift of teaching at the College of Oriental Medicine in Santa Barbara, California. Conducting corporate retreats and participating in conventions across the United States and internationally has also shaped her approach with a global view of people, health and the landscape of wellness.

Whole Living Nutritionist (formerly Health.e Xchange) provides personalized recommendations, continuous support, and accountability to help clients achieve lifelong wellness goals.

Shannon's passion for movement has always been an integral part of her personal and professional life. Teaching locally, online, and international retreats, Shannon integrates yoga, Foundation Training, and functional movement concepts into her offerings. Students learn ways to regulate their nervous system and experience downshift. She crafts dynamic vinyasa flows that empower individuals to connect with body, mind, and spirit, discover edges and fully embrace today with gratitude and love.  


Shannon is personally dedicated to thrive with vibrant nutrition and a full, active lifestyle. She engages in her own daily personal practice, spends time in nature, in solitude, with friends, and with family. She finds harmony through yoga, hiking, ocean swims, and gym sessions. She truly loves a hot sauna, practicing breath-work and time in prayer and meditation.
