Shannon Le Mintier is a seasoned professional in wellness and movement who embodies a holistic, human approach—guiding clients to live with clarity, balance, and a deep sense of thrive. With over 30 years of experience and a background in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Miami University, she brings together the science of functional nutrition and the wisdom of mindful living.
Her work blends Eastern and Western philosophies of health, shaped by years of teaching, global travel, and working with individuals, families, and organizations. Through Whole Living Nutritionist, Shannon offers personalized nutrition, movement, and lifestyle guidance—helping clients reconnect with their bodies, cultivate awareness, and create sustainable well-being that fits the rhythm of real life.
