This work unfolds over a three-month commitment, beginning with a 90-minute initial consultation and five 60-minute sessions.

Shannon Le Mintier, RDN, IFNCP, E RYT 500, YACEP, combines over 30 years of experience in functional nutrition and mindful movement to help clients reconnect with their bodies and create lasting well-being.
Her approach blends the science of nourishment with the art of daily rhythm, guiding each person toward clarity, confidence, and sustainable thrive.
