Holding certifications as a Movement Specialist and RYT 500 YACEP teacher through Yoga Alliance, I merge my professional expertise with my personal passion, contributing to the well-being of my clients and community. Through online courses, group and private sessions, as well as local and international retreats, my aim is to guide individuals to lead lives full of vitality and THRIVE.

It entails nourishing the body with appropriate, nutrient-dense foods, managing stress, deep rest and sleep, fostering connected, collective, positive relationships, and aligning with your highest values to live authentically towards flourishing.

1:1 Nutrition Counseling with Whole Living has been the comprehensive approach to nutrition I was looking for. Encompassing everything from meal planning and grocery lists, to fostering healthy body image and embracing all forms of movement. It provided the guidance and education I needed for real, lasting shifts and transformation. The meal planning component was a game-changer for me. I've always wanted to transition to a more plant-based diet but felt overwhelmed by where to start. This program provided not only delicious and nutritious recipes but also step-by-step grocery lists that made implementing these changes really easy. The program goes beyond just food.
