Ayurveda is an invitation to align with nature’s rhythms, honoring both ancient wisdom and modern life. While not my primary focus, I weave its teachings into my practice as an RDN, yoga teacher, and guide for holistic well-being, blending Eastern tradition with practical, accessible wellness for today’s world.

As the seasons shift, so does our inner world. In Ayurveda, spring is a time of renewal—an opportunity to gently cleanse, restore balance, and move forward with intention. By tuning into nature, we can nourish digestion, boost energy, and cultivate clarity. One of the easiest ways to support yourself this season? Eating in harmony with your dosha, moving with awareness, and embracing practices that awaken your body’s vitality.
